He attended New Mexico Highlands University, and graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance-Real Estate. He has been involved in Melton family ranches since 1950. Pat has served as a Director for the REALTORS© Association of New Mexico, and is a past president of the Las Vegas Board of REALTORS©.
