- Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center is a hospital and trauma center that aims to provide healing in the broadest sense. With nationally recognized physicians, experienced nurses and skilled staff, we are the hospital and trauma center you can trust for quality health care. We specialize in physical therapy, neurosurgery, cancer care, heart care, plastic surgery, men's health, orthopedics, and women's health, with accurate and effective diagnosis and optimal treatment options available.
- Since our beginning in 1895, Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center has undergone unbelievable transformations in order to better serve the community with quality health care. Even over the last 18 years we've gone from being a stand-alone hospital in Janesville, WI to an integrated health system with 64 facilities in 24 different communities in Wisconsin and Illinois. We now see over a million patients per year, employ 3,856 partners, and are the only level II trauma center south of La Crosse.
- In addition to our state-of-the-art hospital facilities, we also offer clinic-based services, post-acute care, physical therapy, retail services, and insurance products. It is important to us that each individual has access to quality health care, and our Community Health Center at Mercy Clinic South in Janesville is dedicated to providing just that. Many of our physicians, physical therapists, and trauma center technicians also volunteer their free time to work at free clinics.
