Messiah is a warm and friendly congregation that helps make people welcome and at home. After all, Jesus came into the world and called us "friends"- not servants or slaves - but good friends (John 15:15). He demonstrated this when He gave his life for us on the cross.
And so we reflect Christ's love in our relationship with others. Our worship services celebrate the love of our God in music and words that are uplifting and faith-building. Between services, our fellowship hall is filled with friendly people sharing donuts and conversation. Our Bible classes on Sunday morning and throughout the week help us to develop deeper friendships with each other and, most importantly, with Jesus. We also reach out into the community to befriend people who are sometimes overlooked or forgotten.
If you have children, they will find friends here, too. We have Sunday School and weekday programs for children from six months through high school. We also know that parenting is a tough job so we have programs and groups to help us in our relationships at home too.
