- Methodist Services for Children and Families, formerly known as Simpson Enrichment Services(BASES) serves children, families, and individuals in the tradition of the United Methodost heritage, providing much needed programs to the communities we serve. Annually, Methodist Services provides services to over 1,100 children,youth,and families, both on our 21 acre campus and through community-based program in Bangor, PA and Kensington section of Philadelphia. As part of its mission, Meathodist Services strives to meet the ever-changing need of the community by providing desirable and innovative services to its clients.
