Lately, the public has taken up a discourse on "Digital Inclusion" ... I have been trying to crack that frame from the beginning. We need to set a higher bar. The best way to convey what we want and to set that higher bar is to call for Digital Excellence... where people everywhere will be:

Confidently using collaborative tools

Cultivating their voice by expression in media of their choice

Creating and extending tools to their own purpose
