Toronto, December 10, 2009 – Middlefield Group, on behalf of Pathfinder Convertible Debenture Fund, is pleased to announce that the Fund has completed the issuance of an additional 323,000 combined units at a price of $12.00 per combined unit for total gross proceeds of $3,876,000 pursuant to the over-allotment option granted to the agents in Pathfinder’s recently completed initial public offering.
