She was clinically depressed and frequently slept for days with the curtains drawn in total darkness. For years Mina was prescribed dozens of pharmaceutical drugs by her doctor that only treated the symptoms and never cured the problem. Mina had an eating disorder that controlled her life 24/7. She was so fat that simple things like tying her shoes or walking up stairs became a monumental struggle. With all the challenges Mina has faced, it's a miracle she was able to turn her life completely around...
