The company produces quality solutions using Informix database technology and 4j's development tools which provide the scalability that ensures that these solutions perform efficiently for either a metropolitan council with 40,000 properties or a housing association with a few thousand.
This was the first product produced by the company and was first released in 1998. The software has been constantly upgraded and improved since that time. Mistic for contractors currently incorporates, job costing, time recording, appointments, stores , invoicing, automatic no access procedures, out of hours emmergency repairs ordering and graphical repair ordering screens.
