Description
Lucy Fleck is a University of Portland graduate who will crown the next Miss Oregon in just a few short weeks.
Fleck, who performed a tap dance in the talent competition, received a $10,000 scholarship with the title awarded last July at the Seaside Convention and Civic Center.
Developed by the Miss America Organization, the Miss Oregon Scholarship Program exists to provide personal and professional opportunities for young women and to promote their voices in culture, politics and the community.
