We invite you to help Mogenic help gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender youth (GLBT) know that they are not alone, that there is a community of acceptance, vibrancy, support, beauty and pride.
We hate talking about this but it costs a lot to run Mogenic... over two thousand dollars a month in just hosting alone (ya-huh).
Mogenic has been supporting gay and lesbian youth for over 10 years now and with many new members joining us each day, the bandwidth costs grows as well. Mogenic is 100% volunteer run and 100% free to use, so ALL of your donations go straight to supporting the website and continue a supportive network that many rely on as a lifeline.
Mogenic began as the brainchild of 16 year old Michael Wilson, motivated by his own isolation growing up in the coal mining town of Newcastle, Australia.
Dedicating all his free time to the project and no expectations had, Michael launched the first version of Mogenic in December 1996.
