- Monte Hermon is a private, Christian school, that provides high-quality education at a subsized price to students in Cedro Galan, a community just outside of Managua. The school has about 220 students, who fund less than half of the cost of the needed inputs to educate each student, with the deficit funded by outside donors and the partner church. Daniel Aragon, the founder and General Manager of the school, has been developing his vision for a vocational school to complement the education given to the students for job placement post-graduation and also to support the sustainability of the school. El Colegio Cristiano Monte Hermón, ha surgido por una necesidad de servir a la población más necesitada de las comarcas de Cedro Galán, Chiquilitagua y Planetarium.
