Mortgage Base is one of Northamptonshire’s leading independent mortgage shops - with an active interest in helping mortgage seekers and also with anybody looking to invest in property abroad. The company was established towards the end of 2002 with the aim of offering the highest level of customer service to those wanting to arrange a mortgage. That means providing clear straightforward advice in a friendly informal manner and making sure that we go that little bit further to offer you complete client satisfaction.
With a wealth of experience behind it - Mortgage Base can help people who don’t fit into the usual customer mould. In many cases this could be someone who was turned down by a conventional high street lender or perhaps somebody that thinks that they will be turned down.
I don’t live local to you – can you still get me a mortgage?
Not a problem - we have the systems in place to make sure that we are able to give full advice for your mortgage and arrange it remotely by post. Firstly we conduct a ‘fact find’ over the telephone to establish your circumstances which then means that we are in a position to offer you advice (remember the cost of the call is FREE on 0800 328 9339). We can then forward quotations to you by email or post and send the relevant paperwork to you to complete and return by freepost. The process is very straightforward and we make sure that the applications are carried out to the same service standards that we expect of our face to face meetings.
