Description
Selling mahogany doors - the first species of wood we used - was an uphill climb. Not native to the U.S., the mahogany some companies imported tended to crack because it was not dried properly. Our challenge was to partner with suppliers in the forest who could provide a standard of product equal to the standard of millwork made here at home. And, we succeeded. Once people saw our product, they changed from doubters to customers, and MAi was on its way!
Now, as then, we know we must always have an edge when it comes to product development, quality, selection and service - all the things that translate to a sales edge for you, our customer. Thanks to your support, MAi has been successful beyond anything we ever dreamed!
Time has passed so quickly since we first opened our doors, it's hard to believe we're celebrating MAi's silver anniversary. "Speaking on behalf of the Cade family and the entire MAi team, I want our customers to know that without your help, we would never have made it. You are why we're here," Jeff Cade, MAi's president, states.
