Celebrating 30 years of supporting Canada's multiple-birth community... Multiple Births Canada (formerly Parents of Multiple Births Association {POMBA} Canada) was originally formed in 1978. Federally incorporated in June of 1983 as POMBA Canada and subsequently restructured and federally incorporated as Multiple Births Canada in 2001, we remain, to this day, the only national support organization for multiple birth families and individuals in Canada.
