Howard Murad is widely acknowledged as a leading authority on skin health. A board-certified dermatologist, pharmacist, and Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology at UCLA, he oversees a Medical Spa and Dermatology practice in LA.
Dr. Murad has treated over 50,000 patients over the last 30 years. This experience gave him direct insight into his patients’ skin care needs and inspired him to develop his own line of products that they could use at home. By 1987, Dr. Murad had developed his first three products, some of the earliest cosmeceuticals to ever appear of the market. He called his line Murad.
