Residents of Westmoreland County need to bring identification with their current address to the library and fill out a registration card to receive a card. Parent's or guardian's signature is required for all children under 16 years of age. Residents of Murrysville, Export and Washington Township are eligible for an Access Pennsylvania card. This card entitles the holder to use any other member library in the state.
