Music Network, Ireland - Ireland's National Music Development Organisation

Music Network was established by the Irish Arts Council in 1986. Its aim is to make live music of the highest quality available and accessible to everyone in the country, regardless of their location or circumstance, while supporting the career development of highly skilled Irish and international artists.
Encourage wider participation in music and work towards removing barriers which deny access to high quality music experiences among marginalized groups
In order to fulfil these objectives, Music Network provides a range of high quality music services, which are delivered in partnership with regionally and locally-based organisations throughout the country. This partnership approach develops the capacity of local communities to provide musical activity within their region, and develop the musical life of their community in the longer term.
