James E.Crickenberger originally founded the concept of Money-Wise Solutions in 1994 while operating as a DBA. This DBA was utilized for many years as an independent contractor in the field of Financial Services. In August 2001, Money-Wise Solution, LLC became fully licensed as a Mortgage Broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. At this time the primary focus of Money-Wise Solutions, LLC concentrated on the promotion of Residential and small Commercial Mortgages.
Money – Wise Solutions, LLC has grown from a two-person office to over 50 Mortgage Originators and over a dozen full-time support staff. Money – Wise Solutions, LLC expanded its Easthampton, MA and in February of 2003 opening its second office in Longmeadow, MA under the direction of W. Kevin O’Donnell. The third office opened in Braintree, MA under the direction of Joshua F. Thielen Today we have offices in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
