Fifth teen years ago our company started with a single birdseed product in a granary on our family farm. The company started with two simple goals in mind.
With an animal nutrition degree from Colorado State University and practical experience, it seemed like a natural match. All of My Country Pets products are developed with the nutrional needs of the birds given a priority. In addition they are developed using high quality grains produced from our farm and other local farms. We also realized that prepackaged foods that have been stored a long time were not as palatable to the birds. Therefore, we guarantee that all our bird food products are made within a few days of the order.
Our wild bird food and black oil sunflower business grew with such success that we were ask by breeders and retail shop owners to develop special mixes to help them meet the demands of their customers. As our business has expanded along the front range of the Rockies and into Wyoming we have continued to guard our guarantee of a "fresh farm product" as well as providing the best nutritional, fortified product possible.
