This company caused me to miss granmother funeral!
My wife paid for a ticket for me to go to my mother funeral in New York. It was paid for two days before travel. On the day before travel they called us and said she needed to send documentation saying she had paid for the ticket for me. We sent them copies of her driver's license and of the credit card, and emails saying that she was the one that had made the payment with the attached docs. They said this was acceptable: all the calls are from Indian Call Centers. We confirmed with two phone calls with different agents that this was acceptable. They then called back about 7PM and said they couldn't get a flight on the airline that I had original booked (Kuwait Airways) and that it would cost an extra £100 pounds to get on another airline. We refused to pay this and said they should be fitting any bill as they had confirmed that I had a ticket and through them via email. They then called us back later and said the paper work did not reach on time and they would have to cancel the booking. In cancelling the booking, they said they would have to take £50.00 for admin cost. I said we did not want to cancel I want the flight that I paid for to New York. But they cancelled taking the £50.00. I was left with out a flight; the money would take 5 days to get to my account and I had no money to purchase another ticket.
This is a terrible company with no committment to customers, their word and there customer service skills are poor!
