North Pointe's parent company, Therapeutic Alternatives, Inc., is located only 5 miles from North Pointe in Randleman, North Carolina. The Board of Directors members are easily accessible at all times. Old-fashioned know-how, coupled with the most modern computer technology, equips Therapeutic Alternatives with the necessary tools for daily assessment of the quality of services provided for residents of North Pointe Community.
Our family has been providing support services for North Carolinians for three generations. Developing a family-oriented atmosphere in each of our settings has been a desired and accomplished goal. We invite you to become an extended member of our family. It is our sincere hope that North Pointe will become your "home away from home".
We encourage family members to remain active in the day-to-day lives of the people who live at North Pointe. They can bring the grandchildren to visit and let them play putt-putt or enjoy the playground area while a grandparent watches from the flower garden. They are welcome to join us for lunch or dinner. The family pet can even come for a "social call". Family members can be entertained with an overnight "pajama party" that includes movies and popcorn. Our home is your home!
