Nacenn was founded by Ndubueze Gregory Ezulike, a chartered civil engineer with forty years experience in building, civil and erosion engineering. He trained in the UK (Enfield) and qualified in 1967. He subsequently worked for a firm of Consulting Engineers “Coode and Partners” in London before returning to his native Nigeria to apply his knowledge and experience to the development and delivery of durable infrastructures and facilities.
