"Napishi.Ru" is one from very few on-line services useful for "off-line" people. You can write now to somebody who doesn’t have an Internet access or even never heard about it. To put it briefly - using this service you can send not an email but a snail-mail (paper letters), telegrams, fax and telex messages to any country of the world.
You don't need for it anything except Internet access. I'm sending letters to Russia on donation base – amount of your compensation and compensation itself fully depends on you. The nearest analogy from Real Life – tips/gratitude. Sometimes kind sponsors help me to pay expenses. In any case your letter will be send. But please do not abuse an option to send on web-master’s expense – it will cause this service blow out.
If you decided to pay – don't be greedy, extra money will be spent to pay mail of ones who are not able to do so by them. This site is my idea and development but it would be impossible without support of my family - Marinka, Asy and Ilia and our cat – Yoshkina and Geksa.. As you can see I’m not a good artist so you'll have to coop with design as it is (I proudly call it "functional").
