Native Properties Inc. a New Mexico Corporation was formed in 1982 as a full service Real Estate Company although we are licensed to practice real estate in the entire state of New Mexico we feel that our expertise is serving the real estate needs of Northern New Mexico buyers and sellers. The areas of real estate services are extended to all areas North of Santa Fe, New Mexico and north to Abiqui and north to Velarde. excluding Los Alamos.

Our qualifying Broker is Mr. Carlos E. Julien who has been involved and extremely active in Real Estate services and real estate law changes since 1978. Mr. Julien is a qualified expert witness in the first district court of New Mexico, for matters relating to real estate market values and real estate transactions. Mr. Julien holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the U of A. He has had education and has held licenses needed for consulting with New Mexico consumers and attorneys dealing in real estate transactions. These licenses and education consist of Real Estate Appraising, Life and Health Insurance, Series 7 licensing and certified real estate instructor by the N.M. Real Estate Commission, in addition to hundreds of classroom hours relating to real estate, law, banking, taxes, etc. In addition to providing purchasing and selling services to customers and clients we offer consulting services in evaluating real estate transactions before contracts are deemed enforceable. Mr. Julien over the years has worked with and for many major businesses, lenders, governments and Indian Nations located in Northern New Mexico. Mr. Julien is also a land developer and develops land in his own account and for others. Mr. Julien was born in the country of Cuba and migrated to the U.S. in 1961. Mr. Julien is fluent in writing and speaking Spanish.
