In case of sales return you have to prove that your package was delivered to company. Received CDs looks like home burned. Some of disks have sticker instead of picture printed directly to the disk surface. Pictures on cover can have evident artifacts of jpeg compression. Also some texts are almost unreadable. Tested disk reports itself as 'Talk Now!' product from EuroTalk.com .
