Ian A. Street, CFCC, CCE, PSP
Ian is President of Nautilus Consulting, LLC, a national construction consulting and dispute resolution firm. He has more than 20 years of experience in engineering, construction management, project scheduling, cost estimating and claims consulting. His experience includes having full responsibility as Resident Engineer for the successful completion of a significant variety of municipal construction projects including boiler and chiller plants, underground piping systems, odor control facilities, power generation facilities, and sludge dewatering plants. He also has significant experience in concurrent multi-site, multi-contractor projects, and has served as an expert witness in the areas of delay and damage analysis. His claims experience has included marine, power, commercial developments, road, rail, airport, stadium, water & wastewater treatment and de-watering facilities, and process plants.
Ian has written several articles, has lectured at various industry trade shows and has conducted both public and in-house seminars on construction matters pertaining to schedule, delay and damage analysis. He has earned a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the City College of New York, is Past President of the New York Section of the AACE International (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering) and has earned the AACE’s designation of Certified Forensic Claims Consultant (CFCC), Certified Cost Engineer (CCE) as well as Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP).
