It is with pleasure I welcome you to the website of Nelson College for Girls and I thank you for your interest.
This is a fine College. One with a proud heritage over 121 years as a leading educational environment for young women. We believe passionately that it is our role to provide as many opportunities as possible for our students to launch them into a successful and satisfying life beyond their Secondary education.
The opportunities are endless - but do fall into four categories; Academic, Cultural, Sporting and Social. One of our strategic goals is to educate the 'whole person' - therefore all of the above are desirable.
