Nearsoft is a software development firm headquartered in San Jose, California, with engineers located in Northern Mexico. They focus on software development for Independent software vendors (ISVs), Software as a Service (SaaS) companies, and consumer-facing sites.

Nearsoft's clients include INgrooves, TierraNatal, Axolotl, TIBCO, and numerous others. Thanks to the product development approach followed by Nearsoft, their clients are able to get their products into the market faster.
When a new client is signed up, Nearsoft provides them with a brand new team created from scratch. This enables the flexibility to accommodate new technologies relatively easily. The new team is immediately trained in Nearsoft's internal processes in order to ensure that their work fits in with everybody else’s, along with taking advantage of nearsoft's tools and infrastructure.

Roberto Martinez has been a leader in several startups in the outsourcing field. Roberto has served as the CEO of C3 Technologies where he led the company to become competetive within international markets. At the beginning of his career Roberto has held technical roles with companies that include CEMEX and Ford. He has also led projects at OTIS, Walbro Engine Management, CMax and PEPSI among others. Roberto is a graduate of the prestigious Tech de Monterrey, the top University in Mexico.

Matt has been the COO of Nearsoft for the past two years and has a highly successful track record as an Engineering and Operations Executive. He has worked in rapid growth environments throughout his career. Matt has been an Executive at six start ups, including three which he co-founded. He has also worked for nine years at Sun Microsystems where he managed large development teams, including the Solaris OS team.
