The company history
The chemicals factory W. Neudorff GmbH KG was founded in 1854 in Königsberg, in what used to be Prussia. Back in those days this was one of the first German companies to produce pesticides and animal care products.
The company was founded by Wilhelm Neudorff, a dyer with a special affinity for chemistry. He developed a range of many different bath salts, tinctures, ointments and cosmetics.
In 1903 the company moved to Wuppertal, where it continued to expand its range of chemical/pharmaceutical products. Production of plant protection products, pesticides and animal care products was already in full swing by the mid '30s. Even back in these early days, great attention was placed on creating the least dangerous products.
