Nextcourse is a community food and nutrition initiative that was founded in 2003 by a group of Bay Area chefs, restaurateurs, farmers, and food justice activists who want to make a difference in our community. Nextcourse offers food and nutrition education to individual and institutional child care providers to combat the acute food crisis in low-income communities.
