The West Highland White Terrier Club of Northern New Jersey is chartered under the auspices of the American Kennel Club, and as such, is committed to advance the studies, well-being, breeding, exhibiting, running, and maintenance of the West Highland White Terrier breed.
The WHWTCNNJ strives to promote and protect Westies within its very extended community, to educate its members and the public, sponsor educational seminars and training clinics, operate a rescue network, hold sanctioned as well as "fun" events, and to serve as a responsible breeder locator service. We serve a diverse community of Westie-lovers who share a common bond of raising, training, breeding, competing, and just generally being head-over-heels for Westies!
