Airport Lounges
- Our lounges at both Gatwick and Stansted lounges are comfortably designed and well-equipped to offer you an oasis of calm that's a world away from the crowds and bustle outside.
- In our lounges you can enjoy the complimentary Wi-Fi, catch up with the latest news and gossip with our wide selection of newspapers and magazines, or pass the time with a table-top tournament.
- Tuck into a light a light meal or snack from our seasonal menus, or treat yourself to one of our bespoke cocktails at the bar.

Gatwick Lounges - South Terminal
- We currently operate one lounge in Gatwick located in the south terminal. The lounge was opened in April 2009. The lounge itself was radically redeveloped prior to the opening - featuring a crafted bar, bistro space, living green wall and a variety of comfortable seating areas as well as a carefully renovated mezzanine level that incorporates a VIP room.
Gatwick Lounge - North Termainal
- opens May 2011
- our newest lounge spans 10,000 square feet and combines contemporary design, top-quality facilities and a choice of environments that creates a haven away from the bustle of the airport.
- In addition to our signature warm welcome, sumptuous lounge spaces, panoramic runway views, fully-tended bar and freshly-prepared hot and cold dishes, discover the welcome distractions in the Games Room, or even unwind with a classic movie in the Cinema.
- For the ultimate retreat, our Travel Spa offers a range of purchasable treatments to pamper and rejuvenate, or ensure you arrive at your destination in tip-top shape.
- No.1 GATWICK - North Terminal is currently under construction and you can book now for flights departing from 17th May 2011 onwards. We look forward to welcoming you then.
Stansted Lounge - Gate 16
- No.1 STANSTED - Gate 16 opened in November 2009 and is our largest, most stylish space with panoramic views of the runway and surrounding countryside. Our chesterfield sofas are complemented by a chic bistro area, library and white label space. The bright, atmosphere and hardwood floors make this lounge a joy to spend your time in. Passengers travelling internationally (except those departing on Ryanair flights) can take advantage of this lounge, with easy access to Gates 1 – 39 – you can relax in style, safe in the knowledge that once you step out of the lounge, your flight is only moments away.
- This lounge serves all international flights with the following airlines: Aegean, Air Asia, Air Berlin, Atlantic Airways, Aurigny, Cyprus Airways, Cyprus Turkish Airlines, Easyjet, Germanwings Iceland Express, Norwegian, Pegasus, Star One, Sun Country, Thomas Cook, Titan, Turkish Airlines and Viking.
Stansted Lounge - Gate 49
- Our second lounge at Stansted opened in January 2010. This location makes the best use of space with our banquette seating, full-length bar, individual dining and comfortable areas. The space is welcoming yet personal, ensuring all of our guests, from the time stretched business traveller to those families embarking on a holiday, can enhance their pre-flight experience. The lounge is located next to gate 49, at the end of the pier that houses most of Ryanair's international flights. Please bear in mind that Ryanair gates may occasionally be moved to a different pier, so allow yourself plenty of time to get to your gate prior to your flight. No.1 Traveller is not responsible for missed flights.
