Since we're an open edit wiki anyone can add information about any site or topic. If we were to remove a page it could be added again at any time. We choose to allow page creation with any pagename because we see ourselves as a resource for everyone, not just domain owners. That reasoning is why we choose not to delete pages from our system and instead offer to remove content that wasn't created by a person.
