About us
Norske Ventiler as was founded in May 1987 at Ågotnes outside Bergen on The North West Coast of Norway. Three young locale partners, all with various experience from the Oil Offshore Industry in The North Sea started the company as a manufacturer and supplier of small instrument-valves.
The company became shortly known as a flexible and customer oriented supplier of high quality valves with short delivery time as their main assets. The location near by The North Sea Sector enables the company to develop their own design in close cooperation with the oil companies operating in The North Sea and their special needs related to the very tough environment.
In year 2000 The Company moved into a new and modern plant at Ågotnes equipped with a modern production line with CNC machines. The assortments of valves produced in-house are now covering ball, check, globe, needle, modular valves and various special valves.
