- Nostalgia Motorcars, Ltd. today is the outgrowth of Classic Interiors that was started in 1980 by Jim's wife Mary. Mary started the business plying her skill and artistry in custom street rod, antique aircraft and vintage sports car interiors. In 1991 Jim and Mary partnered to form Nostalgia Motorcars and Classic Interiors expanding the business to restorations, custom fab, and engines. In 1996 Jim and Mary were contacted by the then Shelby American and asked to become a dealer for the famous Shelby Cobras and their product line.
