Okay...it wasn't really founded in 1896. It was founded by me, Scott Metzger, in 1996. And I didn't even have a great grandfather named Klaus Copernicus Metzger. In fact, this whole "Klaus Metzger" character is just a thinly veiled version of me.
Since 1996, I've been marketing my single panel cartoons to greeting card companies. My cards are carried by two companies (Papyrus and Vash Designs) and they be found at Papyrus stores, Borders Books and Music and other retail outlets across the country.
