The Notch Sauce recipe has been slowly perfected over the last twenty years; starting as a small family favorite and expanding through word-of-mouth into what it is today. Notch Sauce is comprised of the perfect blend of sweet and spicy seasonings to complement and enhance the natural flavor of any cut of meat.
