Novo A/S is fully owned by the Novo Nordisk Foundation and is the holding company of the Novo Group. Novo A/S is a private limited liability company and the majority shareholder in the publicly listed and independently operating companies Novo Nordisk A/S and Novozymes A/S.
Novo A/S was established to manage the Foundation's funds and to invest actively in other companies. We invest in companies that are or will become successful, and we actively support the individual company in achieving its own goals.
Novo A/S furthermore represents the interests of the Novo Nordisk Foundation through participation on the boards of the companies in the Novo Group.
