NutriSystem® is a meal based plan in which you purchase the company's diet food, instead of store bought items, to achieve results. If you like the idea of having diet meals delivered to your door, with a bit of preparation on your part, then this plan may be right for you. NutriSystem® can be less expensive than many other food delivery options on the market. The hope here is that your new eating habits will carry over to when you go back to eating your normal foods.
