N.W. Fuel rebuilds, repairs, and sells injection pumps, injectors, turbochargers, and related components. We are fully factory authorized to service all makes* of diesel fuel systems including Robert Bosch, Stanadyne (formerly Roosa-Master), Delphi (formerly Lucas, CAV, Simms), Ambac (American Bosch), Denso (Nippondenso), Zexel (Diesel-Kiki), Yanmar, etc. We also have service facilities for diagnosing your car or light truck, including removal and replacement of pumps, injectors, and related components.
We pride ourselves on keeping up with technology as it advances. For example, we have invested in all of the equipment and training necessary to diagnose and repair Robert Bosch 'EDC' (electronic governor) in-line pumps found in John Deere & Mack applications, and Stanadyne 'DS-4' rotary pumps used on 6.5L Chevy pickups since 1994.
Most recently we've added all the equipment necessary to service the HEUI injectors used in Navistar applications, most commonly found in the Ford 'powerstroke' engine used in 1995+ diesel pickup trucks, and also all the equipment to service and calibrate the Bosch 'EDC' (electronic governor) rotary (VE) pumps used in many newer Volkswagon TDI applications, as well as Volvo Penta, Mercruiser, and many others.
