This is the worst company out there. Looked on the nz white pages for them, looked on there website for any numbers that can be called from australia, tried them all no luck. I am pretty sure even in NZ when your register your company you have to submit your complaints process to fair trading and make it accessible to the public, Yet to find theirs. They don't answer support tickets and they don't respond to msgs on yahoo or msn. New rule, If you can't find there contact details or the complaints process I'm not going through them.
