- I bought two books, in two separate listings, on June 1st. I paid on the same day with PayPal. After several e-mails, payment was finally credited to the auctions on July 6th. It took several more e-mails and a phone call to finally get my books shipped, more than three months after I paid. I closed the auction and paid promptly. I did my part. Jim did not, so he got a negative feedback. He left negatives for me, hoping that I would negotiate a mutual feedback withdrawal. (The only way a Negative can be removed is if both parties remove feedback). Not a chance. His Negative stays. Prospective buyers deserve to know what they're getting in to.
