I graduated from Seattle Massage School (now Ashmead College) in February 1989. Over the past 16 years I have worked in a Physical Therapy Office, a Chiropractors Office, traveled to clients’ homes for on-site service, worked in two different health clubs, and out of my own home. What I have discovered and love about the seated chair massage is that although it may be brief (15 to 30 minutes) it is VERY effective for relieving pain and stress in those critical areas like the neck and upper back. I have been impressed with how positively it effects job performance and attitude in the workplace. I am thrilled to be able to offer it both at Overlake Hospital and to be able to bring it to you in your office.

I graduated from Brenneke School of Massage where I focused primarily on sports/treatment therapies. For the last 8 years I have continued to expand my understanding of massage therapy and how it can reduce pain caused by stress, injury or accidents.

Prior to this, I was in the corporate world and experienced how stress can build up on a day to day basis – and how that can affect job performance! My goal at On-Site MassageWorks is to provide an easy and affordable way to incorporate stress relief into the workplace. In so doing, I hope to bring the benefits of massage to a wider audience. I am committed to excellence in every aspect of this process – from working with companies and their employees, to hiring quality and skilled staff to represent us. I love what I do and I am excited to share my love of massage therapy with more of the corporate world!
