Onetribe International is a very small venture out of Richmond, Virginia interested in raising awareness about body modification and providing quality natural body jewelry at fair prices.
Onetribe was started by web developer and artist Jared Karnes and his partner Rachel Easter as a way to provide reasonably priced, unique organic jewelry to individuals and businesses throughout the world. We are a very small Richmond, Virginia USA based business specializing in natural body jewelry made from horn, bone, stone, wood and bamboo. In addition to our small team of amazingly talented artists in Indonesia, we hand-carve several styles of domestic and exotic hardwood jewelry for traditional stretched septum and lobe piercings in our Richmond, VA workshop. Aside from the occasional pair of weights or other specialized jewelry, everything we carry is made in house by our artists or Jared himself - we don't compromise quality by buying bulk jewelry or generic stuff from foreign exporters.

We've been doing it as a legal, reliable, and honest business entity for going on three years now. Our customers from all over the world feel we're doing something right because we're continually listening to and learning from them, and they tell us it shows. We can tell you what style or material might suit you best for a particular area of use, or an event (like a wedding). We can educate you on why certain woods should not be used for wear in the body because they are potentially toxic. We wear what we make, and we love what we do. We specialize in organic jewelry, and we know it inside and out. We currently carry or have made jewelry for people from normal sized gunned ear lobe piercings up to wood tunnels for 3"+ stretched lobes.
