- One Yoga Center began in 2001 when I started teaching a few Gentle & Hatha Yoga classes locally in the East Windsor area. As I watched the need for yoga in the community grow rapidly, I officially opened a full service yoga center in October 2003 offering many yoga classes for adults and children. In two and a half years, One Yoga quickly outgrew its small space. While the small, intimate setting had been a sanctuary for many students offering a personalized class atmosphere, we were in need of more space to accommodate the growing need for Yoga in the community.
