Description
E-Insites Managed division hosts managed dedicated servers. This division was created to fill the growing need for server management. The hosting industry is always evolving and E-Insites has followed suit, from virtual hosting to co-location and dedicated hosting and more recently to managed hosting by creating our managed hosting division. It became apparent that there was an increasing market for managed servers within the E-Insites clientele and throughout the business community. Many companies either didn’t have IT people with the expertise to handle special and often times complex issues that come with server management or they were spread too thin to give the time required. A pattern emerged with many companies. Outside technical firms providing them services would require information concerning the server. This would often leave those in charge playing” the middleman” trying to shuffle information and communication back and forth between the outside firms. These concerns and others prompted action by E-Insites to form our managed division and solve challenges that many clients and future clients were facing.
“Elite Management” is the focus of our managed division, providing the highest level of support, security and equipment available. The client is assigned a management co-ordinator to work as proponent within the managed division system. A tier two data center features total redundancy, multi-homed network and custom built servers with top of the line components.
Stability is the strength that attracts many clients to our managed server division. Having been in the hosting business since 1997, a track to run on has been established. The three main areas of concern for a client are support, security and equipment. E-Insites’ background in each of these areas is extensive. Past experience often reveals to the support group important and varied future needs the client may have arise. This foreknowledge allows many such future requirements to be handled through anticipation rather than after the fact. Security is of utmost concern. That is why our managed division recently moved to a new state of the art, tier two data center with every redundancy and safeguard one could expect. The equipment used in the managed division system is top of the line, component brands having been tested and proven over time. Stability undergirds every part of the managed division system.
