‘Once again the Opus made our weekend visit to Vancouver even more special. The accommodation and the gift at the Elixir were very much appreciated; but what made our stay most enjoyable were the continuous expressions of thanks, from your staff, for our being frequent guests at the Opus Hotel. Both Julia and I are in the business of serving customers and know what a challenging and demanding role it is. Without hesitation, I believe the Opus is in a league by itself in the personal and thoughtful service that we have received, not just during this trip; but on every occasion that we or I have been a guest in the Hotel.’

I have to say yours is the best hotel I have ever visited…This is more than a place to sleep. We have felt comfortable since we arrived and will leave with smiles on our faces.’
