This web site is here to help crime victims, and others, understand crime victims' legal rights, how to exercise or honor those rights, and what to do when a right may not have been honored. The site provides contact information for victims' services and other key contacts in the criminal and juvenile justice systems. Our hope is that this information helps crime victims have the meaningful role in their cases envisioned by the Oregon constitution.
