We were establshed in 1988 by the current owners, Robin and Sheila Carter in the St George's Centre in Preston City centre - Lancashires' newest city. Quickly becoming the place to visit for quality pictures, sculpture and framing. Robin became a Fine Art Trade Guild Commended Framer in 1992, the 7th person in the country to pass the test.
