OXACT was established in 2003 by Laurence Fouweather. He has many years experience managing ICT in educational institutions including the University of Oxford and the London School of Economics. He has wide ranging managerial and technical knowledge of all aspects of IT and telecommunications including advances in eLearning and interactive multimedia applications.
OXACT is a small company but is able to draw on expertise from a network of highly skilled associates. Recently for an alumni community system, we used freelance graphic designers and programmers to achieve the best possible result. By using known and proven specialists as needed we reduce our overheads and are able to deliver very cost-effective results.
